Avellana & Fornada are 4% hazelnut fillings. They are almost identical, just with the significant difference in structure specifically made for different applications.

Avellana is a hazelnut cream made for spreading, for instance on pancakes, or for injecting in finished products. Fornada on the other hand, is bake stable, hence perfect for all sort of baked goods.
