Instant Chef is our brand of ready made sponge rolls. They are sponge sheets of 0.7 cm thickness ready to use either as a sponge layer or as a sponge roll.
The Instant Chef sponge rolls are stored ambiently and provide tremendous value for customers because they offer a ready made product which other wise takes time and skilled personnel to produce. An Instant Chef sponge sheet is approximately 60×40 cm and we have available both neutral and cocoa sponges.
